Next, I prepare a comprehensive marketing plan tailored to promote your property’s unique and special features using the marketing vehicles to attract the type of buyer(s) most likely to buy your property (such as first-timer, investor, retiree, etc.). Together, we – sellers and agent – decide on our specific marketing plan.
Then, I conduct a comparative market analysis (called a “CMA”). The CMA compares your property to others that have sold recently and those currently on the market that would be competing with yours for potential buyers – information that will help us establish a sales price.
